Our Physiotherapy assessments will consider how effective your joints, ligaments, nerves and muscles are working and how they are contributing to your specific issue. The Physiotherapy assessment will look to measure current pain, movement and function to ensure that any treatment modality prescribed can provide measurable benefit over time.
Our Physio modalities include:
Our Specialist Physiotherapy is appropriate for individuals with musculoskeletal injuries, pain or to reduce injury risk. For example, neck, back, shoulder, arm, leg, groin, wrist, foot or shin issues.

We pride ourselves on working to identify the underlying cause of your issue and work to improve this, rather than just treating symptoms.
All of our therapists are Chartered Physiotherapists and registered with the Health Care Professions Council. We have the added benefit of also being post graduate specialists in sports medicine. This enables our physios to devise specialised treatment plans to get you back to the best possible fitness in the optimal time frames.
We have many years experience treating people from a variety of sporting back grounds from novice to those who are the top of their sport. These have included English Surfing Champions, British Swimming Champions, Olympic Triathletes, World Champion Triathletes, British Team Gymnasts, British Team Surf Lifesavers, Kayakers and SUP paddlers, as well as experience working with the Welsh FA and Plymouth Argyle Football Academy.
Obviously, don't just take our word for it, see what our customers say on the reviews across the web.
An Initial Assessment involves gathering a detailed history of your injury and performing a number of tests to ascertain the underlying cause of your issue.
We will then work towards your goals for treatment to keep you performing to the best level possible. This may involve a variety of treatment modalities to optimise your recovery and ensure we progress you at the rate appropriate for your condition.
It is best to attend with clothing that allows us to see and assess the injured area easily, so often shorts t-shirts and trainers are a good idea to bring, but not mandatory.
Our pricing is relatively simple an initial Assessment is £45 (typically 45mins) and a follow up treatment is £25 (typically 25mins). If you would like us to travel to you we can do this, no problem, but need to add travel time to our fee.
